I saw this guy in Times Square on a trip to NY. It was really cold too. He suddenly appeared and disappeared almost as quickly. He has a cool job! It would be fun to make money just being in public in your underwear. I wonder if there are parts of the country where he could get arrested, b/c indecent exposure is very subjective in some towns. By the way, is there an email to send pics to this site?
